Privacy policy
This policy explains what information EZKRA (operated by VR Resolutions LLC) collects when you visit or buy from ezkra.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain language so you can actually read it.
What we collect
Information you give us:
- Name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number when you place an order
- Your email address when you sign up for our newsletter
- Anything you include when you contact customer support
Information collected automatically:
- Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or the card networks). We do not see or store your full card number on our servers.
- Device and browsing information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site — collected through cookies and similar technologies
How we use it
- To process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations, and provide tracking updates
- To answer your questions and handle returns, exchanges, and refunds
- To send our newsletter — only if you signed up, and every email includes an unsubscribe link
- To prevent fraud and keep our checkout secure
- To understand how our site is used so we can improve it

We do not sell your personal information for money.
Cookies and advertising

We share information only with the companies that make the store function:
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders

- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and delivery partners) — your name, address, and phone number, so they can deliver your package
- Google — analytics and advertising, as described above
- Legal authorities — only if required by law, such as a valid legal request
We don't give your information to anyone else, and none of these companies are permitted to use your data for their own unrelated purposes.
Email choices
If you're on our newsletter list, you can leave anytime by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email or by writing to info@ezkra.com. Order-related emails (confirmations, shipping updates, refund notices) are sent to everyone who purchases, because they're part of completing your order.
How long we keep information
We keep order records as long as needed for customer service, returns, accounting, and legal requirements. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. If you'd like information deleted sooner, contact us — see your rights below.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the state you live in (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you
- Ask for a copy of it
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Opt out of targeted advertising
To use any of these rights, email info@ezkra.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We'll verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by your state's law. We will never treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including SSL encryption on every page and secure payment processing. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
