- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund before shipping
Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we received your order — the contract for sale is completed when your order ships.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed securely by our payment providers. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot verify or fulfill, and we'll notify you by email if that happens.
Shipping, returns, and refunds

The summary: standard shipping is free on every order, you have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items, and refunds go back to your original payment method.
Order cancellations
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of ordering by emailing info@ezkra.com. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — text, product descriptions, photos, graphics, and the EZKRA name and logo — belongs to VR Resolutions LLC or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written consent.
Warranties and liability
Products are covered by any warranty stated on the product page or provided by the manufacturer. Beyond what is written there and in our Return & Refund Policy, products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VR Resolutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
