One long, slim bar of light and two overlapping squares where it meets the wall — this sconce is closer to a drawn line than a lamp. Switched on, the bar throws a warm wash along its whole length while the squares at the center cast their own soft glow, so the wall itself becomes the feature.
The shape works in either direction. Run it horizontally above a sofa, a bed, or a console and it stretches the wall; stand it vertically beside a doorway or a piece of art and it adds height. Because it sits flat and narrow, it gives a wide spread of light without taking any table or floor space.
